Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:44

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki' narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from Ibn 'Umar, he said: "There is no cutting [of the hand] upon him until he takes the property out of the house."
