Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:452

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Rawwad ibn al-Jarrah narrated to us, from al-Awza’i, from Makhul, regarding a slave girl [owned] between three [men], one of whom had intercourse with her: He said: Upon him is the lesser of the two punishments: one hundred [lashes]. And upon him is two-thirds of her price—her dower—and two-thirds of the value of the child, if there is one.
