Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Isma'il ibn Salim, from al-Hakam, that he said regarding a man who had intercourse with a slave girl from the *fay'* (spoils of war): "There is no *hadd* (prescribed punishment) upon him, for he has a share in her."
