Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:462

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Abu Bishr, from Habib ibn Salim, that a man had intercourse with his wife’s slave girl. His wife came to al-Nu’man ibn Bashir and informed him. He said: "As for that, I have a healing report regarding it from the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace): If you had given him permission, I would have flogged him one hundred times; and if you had not given him permission, I would have stoned him."
