Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:480

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Salam narrated to us, from Hisham, from al-Hasan, from Salamah ibn al-Muhaibiq, that a man had intercourse with his wife’s slave girl, and the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, averted the prescribed punishment (hadd) from him.
