28121. Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, he said: I said to 'Ata': "A thief is caught, and he has taken the goods and gathered them in the house." He said: "There is no cutting (hand amputation) for him until he takes them out." They claimed, he said: 'Amr ibn Dinar said to me: "I do not see any cutting upon him."
