Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:499

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Sulaym ibn Hayyan narrated to us, he said: Sa’id ibn Mina narrated to us, he said: ‘Abdullah ibn al-Zubayr used to manage the charity (sadaqah) of al-Zubayr, and it was in a house that no one entered except him and a slave girl of his. He missed some of the money, so he said to the slave girl, "No one used to enter this house except me and you, so who took this money?" The slave girl confessed. He said to me, "O Sa’id, take her and cut off her hand, for if the money had been mine, there would be no cutting off (of the hand) upon her."
