Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:512

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, who said: There is no cutting (punishment for theft) in anything of the livestock until it is sheltered in the pen. And there is no cutting in anything of the fruits until it is sheltered in the threshing floor.
