Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Ishaq bin Sa’id, from his father, from Ibn Umar, he said: There is no cutting (punishment for theft) in any of the fruits except for what has been brought to the threshing floor. And there is no cutting in any of the livestock except for what has been brought to the pen.
