Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isa ibn Yunus narrated to us, from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, who said: Marwan ibn al-Hakam was brought people who were violating graves—meaning they were exhuming them—so he struck them and banished them, while the companions of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) were numerous.
