Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-Hajjaj, from al-Hakam, from Ibrahim and al-Sha'bi, they both said: The thief of our dead is to have his hand cut off, just as the thief of our living has his hand cut off.
