Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:563

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Marwan bin Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from Isma'il bin Sami', from Malik bin 'Umayr al-Hanafi, he said: Ibn Maz'un was brought to 'Umar, and he had drunk wine. He ('Umar) said: "Who are your witnesses?" He said: "So-and-so, and so-and-so, and Ghiyath bin Salamah." And Ghiyath used to be called Ghiyath the truthful elder. He (Ghiyath) said: "I saw him vomiting it, but I did not see him drinking it." So 'Umar administered the prescribed punishment (hadd) to him.
