Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Khalid narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from Makhul and al-Walid ibn Abi Malik, that Umar wrote regarding the false witness: He is to be whipped forty lashes, his face is to be blackened, his head is to be shaved, and his imprisonment is to be prolonged.
