Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:573

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Khalid narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from Fudayl, from Ibn Ma'qil, that a man came to Ali and whispered to him. He (Ali) said: "O Qanbar, take him out of the mosque, then carry out the prescribed punishment (hadd) upon him."
