Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Mubarak narrated to us, from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, that Marwan asked Zayd ibn Thabit about the *khulsa* (snatching/stealing by force), and he did not see any cutting (amputation) in it.
