Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:592

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Bishr narrated to us, from Sa'id, from Qatadah, from Khallas, that: Ali would not cut [the hand] for snatching (al-khulsah).
