Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud al-Tayalisi narrated to us, from Abu Hurrah, from al-Hasan, regarding a young boy who was with some people in the market and he stole some of their goods: He said: "He is a traitor (kha'in), and there is no cutting (amputation) upon him."
