Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu ‘Asim narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from ‘Ata’, who said: The prescribed punishment (hadd) for adultery is more severe than the prescribed punishment for wine. And wine and false accusation (qadhf) are the same.
