Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There is no cutting (as a prescribed punishment for theft) in the case of misappropriation of spoils of war (ghulul)."
