Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Khalid narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from Ata’ ibn Abi Marwan, from his father, who said: A man who drank wine during Ramadan was brought to Ali, so he flogged him eighty [lashes] and gave him a discretionary punishment (ta'zir) of twenty.
