Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Idris narrated to us, from Hisham, from al-Hasan, who said: The *ihsan* (marital status qualifying one for stoning) of the Jew and the Christian in their polytheism is *ihsan*, but the Magian is not of *ihsan*.
