Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from Ma’mar, from Ibn Shihab, regarding a man who sold a free man. He said: Both the one who sold him and the one who acknowledged the sale shall be punished with a painful punishment.
