Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:634

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, he said: Ma’mar informed me, from Ibn Shihab, regarding a man who sold his daughter, and the buyer had intercourse with her. Her father said, "Need compelled me to sell her." He said: The father and his daughter shall each be flogged one hundred lashes, if she has reached puberty. The price shall be returned to the buyer, and the buyer shall owe her a dowry for what he obtained from her. Then the father shall be obligated to pay the dowry for him, unless the buyer knew that she was a free woman; in that case, the dowry is upon him (the buyer), and the father shall not be made to pay it for him, and he (the buyer) shall be flogged one hundred lashes. And if she is a young girl who does not understand, then the father shall receive a discretionary punishment (nakal).
