Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:635

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir ibn Abd al-Hamid narrated to us, from Mughira, from Hammad, regarding a woman who sold her sister without her permission, and a man bought her and had intercourse with her. He said: The man’s wealth is returned to him, and the woman and her sister are punished, and something is given to her [the sister who was sold] as a gift.
