Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:671

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Ma’mar, from al-Zuhri, from Ubayd Allah ibn Abd Allah ibn Utbah—or Abd Allah ibn Utbah—that Ibn Marwan asked him about a free man who has a slave woman under him, then she commits an act of indecency (adultery). He said: "She is to be stoned." He said: "From whom do you take this?" He said: "We met the companions of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, saying it."
