Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:7

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abda narrated to us, from Yahya bin Sa’id, from ‘Abd al-Wahhab, from Ibn ‘Umar, who said: "Whoever’s intercession prevents a prescribed punishment (hadd) from the prescribed punishments of Allah, he has opposed Allah regarding His command."
