Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs bin Ghiyath narrated to us, from Isma'il, from al-Sha'bi, from Abu [Hurayrah]: That he used to hold the opinion regarding the previously married person (thayyib) that he is flogged and stoned.
