Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:720

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Zam'ah, from Ibn Tawus, from his father, who said: Upon the *muhsan* (married person), if he commits adultery, is stoning; and upon the *bikr* (unmarried person) is flogging and banishment.
