Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:753

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Dawud al-Tayalisi narrated to us, from Abu Khulda, he said: Sa’id ibn Arta’ah, the paternal uncle of Abu ‘Awn, met me and said: "Do you intend to go to Abu al-‘Aliyah?" I said: "Yes." He said: "Then say to him: Al-Hasan, Ibn Sirin, and Thabit al-Bunani testified regarding a woman and a man that they had committed adultery. The woman confessed, but the man denied it. So I asked Abu al-‘Aliyah about that." He said: "I met a man from the people of desires (Ahl al-Ahwa) who would flog al-Hasan eighty [lashes], Muhammad [Ibn Sirin] eighty, and Thabit eighty, and he would stone the woman based on her confession, while the man would go free with nothing against him."
