Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:799

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from Jami’, from Abu Wa’il, that a man wrote to Umm Salamah regarding a debt of his that was upon her, which he was demanding from her. So ‘Umar ibn al-Khattab ordered that he be struck thirty lashes. Some of our companions said: All of them are to be struck and [the lashes are to be] brought down [upon the body].
