Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:80

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Sharik narrated to us, from Abu Husayn, from Abdullah, who said: A boy who had stolen was brought to Uthman. He said: "Look at his waist-wrapper (to see) if he has grown pubic hair."
