Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:807

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs bin Ghiyath narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from al-Hasan, that he was asked about a woman who attaches herself to a man and says, "He did [it] to me." Al-Hasan said: "She has slandered a man from the Muslims; the prescribed punishment (hadd) is upon her." He said: And Ibrahim said: "She is a seeker of a right; how can she say [that]?"
