Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:808

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, from al-Ash'ath, from al-Hasan, regarding a man to whom a woman said, "This man committed adultery with me." He said: "She is to be flogged for accusing the man, and the man is not to be flogged."
