Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:812

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Ibrahim, regarding a woman who is caught with a man and she says, "He married me." Ibrahim said: "If this were true, there would be no prescribed punishment (hadd) upon any adulterer."
