Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:813

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isa ibn Yunus narrated to us, from al-Awza’i, who said: I asked al-Zuhri about a man who disowned a man from his father during the state of polytheism. He said: "The prescribed punishment (hadd) is upon him, because he disowned him from his lineage."
