Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Isra’il, from Jabir, from ‘Amir, from Shurayh and Masruq, that they both said: Testimony upon testimony is not permissible in a prescribed punishment (hadd), and they do not provide surety in a prescribed punishment (hadd).
