Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abdullah ibn Idris narrated to us, from Mutarrif, from Amir, who said: If he flees to the Sacred Precinct (al-Haram), he is safe. But if he is caught within the Sacred Precinct, the prescribed punishment (hadd) is to be carried out upon him within the Sacred Precinct.
