Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:841

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abdullah ibn Idris narrated to us, from Hisham, from al-Hasan and 'Ata: They both said: If he commits a hadd (punishable offense) outside the Sacred Precinct (Haram), then comes to the Sacred Precinct, he is to be taken out of the Sacred Precinct until the punishment is carried out upon him.
