Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:842

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us, from Khusayf, from Mujahid, who said: If a man commits a hadd offense outside the Sacred Precinct (al-Haram), then comes to the Sacred Precinct, he is to be taken out of the Sacred Precinct and the hadd is to be established upon him. And if he commits it within the Sacred Precinct, the hadd is to be established upon him within the Sacred Precinct.
