Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:864

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "I have been commanded to fight the people until they say: 'There is no god but Allah.' If they say it, they have protected their blood and their wealth from me, except for its right, and their reckoning is with Allah." Then he recited: "So remind, [O Muhammad]; you are only a reminder. You are not over them a controller."
