Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Ya'la ibn al-Harith narrated to us, he said: My father narrated to us, from Ghaylan ibn Jami', that Ash'ath ibn Sulayman said: A man was brought to al-Qasim ibn 'Abd al-Rahman, and he was a judge. He said: So it was testified against him that he had said to a man, "O Rusbih." So he flogged him with the prescribed punishment (hadd).
