Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Yahya ibn al-Walid, he said: I witnessed Ibn Ashwa’ when a man was brought to him who had said to another man, "O you who are sodomized (ya maf’ul)," so he flogged him with the prescribed punishment (hadd).
