Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:922

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Rahim ibn Sulayman and Waki’ narrated to us, from Abu Hanifah, from ‘Asim, from Abu Razin, from Ibn ‘Abbas, he said: Women should not be killed if they apostatize from Islam, but they should be imprisoned and invited to Islam, and they should be compelled toward it.
