Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:96

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yazid bin Harun narrated to us, from Yahya bin Sa'id, from Abu Bakr bin 'Amr bin Hazm, that a slave girl who had not reached puberty was brought to him. She had taken a young boy and killed him, and she had hidden what was upon him (his belongings). When he saw that she had devised a scheme like that of an adult, he ordered that she be killed, and she was killed.
