Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:98

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, from Ibrahim, who said: If he steals repeatedly, then only one hand is to be cut off. And if he drinks wine repeatedly, and if he commits slander repeatedly, then upon him is only one prescribed punishment (hadd).
