Hadith 12:122
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ubaydah ibn Humayd narrated to us, from Habib ibn Abi Amrah, from Sa’id ibn Jubayr, he said: A man asked him and said: "I shoot at game, then it disappears from me, then I find it after that." Sa’id said to him: "If you find it and there is nothing in it except your arrow, then eat. And if not, then do not eat."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبيدة بن حميد عن حبيب بن أبي عمرة عن سعيد بن جبير قال سأله رجل فقال إني أرمي الصيد فيغيب عني ثم أجده بعد ذلك فقال له سعيد إن وجدته وليس فيه إلا سهمك فكل وإن لا فلا تأكل
