Hadith 12:210
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Mu'tamir ibn Sulayman narrated to us, he said: I said to Bard, "A man is upon a man, so he stabs the donkey and mentions the name of Allah, or he strikes it with a sword." He mentioned from Makhul that he said: "If he mentions the name of Allah when he strikes or stabs, then there is no harm in it."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا معتمر بن سليمان قال قلت لبرد الرجل يكون على الرجل فيطعن الحمار ويذكر اسم الله أو يضربه بالسيف فذكر عن مكحول أنه قال إذا ذكر اسم الله حين يضرب أو يطعن فليس به بأس
