Hadith 12:212
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Mu'tamir ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Ishaq ibn Suwayd, from Yahya ibn Ya'mar, he said: "Do not eat what is stabbed in the throat, then the vein is cut. He said: That is not slaughtering, but rather it is killing."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا معتمر بن سليمان عن إسحاق بن سويد عن يحيى بن يعمر قال لا يأكل ما يطعن به في الحلق ثم يقطع العرق قال ذلك ليس بذبح ولكنه القتل
