Hadith 12:231
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abda narrated to us, from Sa'id, from Abu Ma'shar, from Ibrahim, that he disliked [eating] from the fish that dies in the water. Except if a man makes an enclosure, and whatever enters it and dies [therein], he saw no harm in it.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا عبدة عن سعيد عن أبي معشر عن إبراهيم أنه كره من السمك ما يموت في الماء إلا أن يتخذ الرجل حظيرة فما دخل فيها فمات لم ير به بأسا
