Hadith 12:236
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs ibn Ghiyath narrated to us, from al-A’mash, from Ibrahim and al-Sha’bi: They both said: There is no harm in slaughtering the *lit* (esophagus), or he said: the *qasaba* (trachea).
